Hello,

If you've received you shipment and are missing the John Eaves Signed art, or the Gold Plaque. Don't Panic. It's by design. We are still gathering names for the plaques, and I'm seeing John next weekend for the sigs. These things will be shipped to you after we can gather it all together.

Now, If you think you are missing something else or found another mistake (were' not Vulcans), please send a Message inside of Kickstarter (NOT a comment below this), it makes it much easyer to track and we check it every day.

Thanks,
Brian

left out an important volunteer.

I was realizing I was very remise in not mentioning Greg Hangac.  Greg is a long time volunteer and a retired Electrician.   His knowledge and expertise has been indispensable as we have worked on this project.   We have to bring over a Three Phase power cabinet for our LED walls and we also have had to develop all the wiring and lighting for the building.  Greg also has done steady regular work to improve the set for many years.   He worked tirelessly with us this last week and did essential work to keep the project going after I left on Sunday.  Unsung Hero of the set and our project so I wanted to correct that.  Just as an example when we were going over rough wiring for the project we realized we were missing important details for the ceiling and we had not finished them.  I don't know how he did it but he went back to his place and came back in an hour with a meticulous drawn plan that saved the day to keep things moving.   Much thanks Greg for all your work and your time.

1st Wave of Fullfillment. More detailed info to come
about 2 months ago – Mon, May 18, 2026 at 06:34:41 AM

an amazing crew of volunteers came to Ticonderoga and helped Brian and I get the first wave of fullfillment going out. 1st off a huge appreciation for Brian Mix for his work on organizing all the various parts of this.  It was a mammoth effort and we are amatures having never done this before.   Much thanks to our dear friends who volunteered their time to come and help:  Mike and Liz Rizzo, Joel and Tina Barnes, Joe and Nan Briedenstein, Larry and Judy Chalkley, Sharon Gould, Patrick Kane and I was also in this...   I also had to spend a lot of time out in the building working in that area as that is more my focus on the team.  Mike Rizzo was great to help with that part as well.    BD Drawz gets a huge shout out for flying in with his busy schedule to spend two days helping me with critical work out in the building.      This first wave starts to be shipped Tuesday.   We did a super careful job but if anyone has something that isnt right please dont panic just message us and remember we are volunteers and we will take care of you we promise.   Also Brian will be posting about more details. He is still traveling his over 8 hour drive home.    Things like the reproductions of wall plaques and the John Eaves drawings come later.   We also had a snag that my personal email got associated with the shipping and not the one for the kickstarter.   Facepalm...The rewards look AMAZING.   Can't wait for you to start recieving them.   Much care and thanks for supporting the Galileo.
